® was built in 2019 by the Oliva brothers on a plot between Les Franqueses and Granollers. The clinic is easily accessible thanks to its proximity to major transport routes, allowing patients to reach us quickly and comfortably.
Private parking is available directly in front of the clinic. The building is fully accessible, allowing patients with reduced mobility to enter without architectural barriers. An elevator connects all floors for maximum convenience.
The clinic occupies a total area of 1,000 m², designed to provide spacious and comfortable environments for our patients.
The building is divided into two floors:
• Ground floor – reception, administration and waiting area
• First floor – clinical area where all dental treatments are performed
The layout was designed to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient workflow for the clinical team.
The first floor is a restricted clinical area designed to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Each patient is treated individually in a private treatment room of approximately 30 m², equipped with the latest dental technology. The treatment areas are designed to minimize unnecessary movement and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
To ensure maximum hygiene and disinfection, all clinical furniture is mobile and organized using dedicated treatment carts.
Each cart contains the specific instruments and materials required for a particular procedure. This system improves ergonomics, reduces unnecessary handling of equipment, and allows treatments to be performed with greater efficiency and safety.
Large windows located around the building and roof provide abundant natural light throughout the clinic.
Each treatment room has independent climate control so the temperature can be adjusted for each patient’s comfort. Advanced air filtration and renewal systems ensure hygienic air quality by removing environmental pollutants.
Dental aspiration systems expel 100% of the air outside, preventing odors or contaminants from circulating inside the clinic.
